These two It Is Well With My Soul canvases, are the ones included in this listing. You can enjoy this Christian home decor in your own home! I created this Christian wall art first for myself, then decided to make them available in my shop. Each set is handmade and will vary somewhat, but will look very similar to these in the photo. This listing is for the two outside canvases, with the words It Is Well With My Soul on them, which measure 18×24 inches each. They go perfectly with the three stacked 10×20 canvases with the bird on a branch, which are listed in my shop separately. Painted with a cream colored base, there is charcoal brown and turquoise showing through the distressed areas, and mustard yellow type. The type I chose is bold, but shaky when you look closer. This is to reflect what I think the writer must’ve been feeling when he penned the words to the well-loved hymn in 1873. Horatio Spafford wrote the words when his ship passed the same location another ship had recently sunk, which claimed the lives of his four children. I made the tiered bird canvases to go with these because to me the bird represents being at peace amidst uncertainty and calamity. This Christian wall art is hand-painted to order. Your paintings will look similar but will be one of a kind! If you need different colors, please let me know in the notes when you order. I would be happy to paint a detailed and realistic portrait of your pet! Watercolor is a great medium to render the texture of the fur, the shine on the nose, the sparkle in the eyes. While painting I keep an eye on the detail, but what really matters is the character of the dog or cat. For a good portrait, the choice of photograph is key. Please message me a picture that shows a lot of detail. Look for nice close-ups, taken in favorable light conditions. If in doubt, just send me several pictures, andwe can decide together which one would work best. I am happy to feature two or three animals on one painting. Please look for the options when ordering!
